      Pros

      Decent Benefits, dedicated staff, and beautiful location. Patients were offered services that they probably would not have received at some other facilities. The facility is really state of the art in mental health

      Cons

      The bureaucracy that comes with any large organization, divisions in staff loyalties, infighting and drama. There are a lot of burnt out employees

      Awesome PR opportunities and free gear to promote what an awesome place it is

      Cons

      No advancement, you can’t transfer, even if you’re overqualified it’s horrible to get into and even more horrible to transfer. Pick a job bc you’re stuck with it. The CEO only cares about saving money and whether or not someone has evidence for a lawsuit, that’s it, they let you know when the cameras are rolling so everyone can fake smile and act like it’s the best place it’s not,

      Pros

      Big organization, good development and training, opportunities to transfer to different departments or facilities. Great EAP program, and grievance process for employee that receive disciplinary action.

      Cons

      Not enough career development (opportunities to promote or career explore), HR needs to become more involved with Line Managers about how to deal with employee problems - Hoping that the new LEAN processing and CRIM Models will help with this.
