      Pros

      The benefit packages that the company offers on top of the ability to work unlimited overtime when available is what makes this a good company.

      Cons

      Management does not practice the guidelines that are used per the employee handbook, there is favortism shown to certain employees.

      Pros

      CHS has great benefits, their salary window is pretty fair compared to other hospitals. They treat you well and are always trying to motivate employee moral.

      Cons

      CHS is a great company to work for. Sometimes I think they they need to give their employees a higher percentage on salary increases. I feel with their enormous monthly and yearly revenues they can come off the money!!

      Pros

      Carolinas Healthcare System is the premier healthcare IDN in the Carolinas, so employees take a lot of pride in their work...CHS encourages employee fitness and wellness by offering tangible incentives.

      Cons

      While Carolinas Healthcare System is large and growing, the downside is the bureaucratic layers one goes through to get approvals. The growing pains come from a given set of employees having to do more work until additional staff can be hired.
