      Benefits, offer some of the best benefits overall. Including healthcare, retirement and life insurance.

      Cons

      System is so big and growing so fast, that you get lost in the numbers. Quality of care is the #1 priority, fix the problems and your major facilities before you expand and create those problems elsewhere. Salaries compared to other local hospitals just doesn't meet expected or median salary ranges.
