      The work environment is fairly flexible.

      Cons

      The culture here is toxic. There is high turnover for a reason. The managers here are not helpful and don't support you. Direction changes constantly and often is not communicated.

      Day-to-day "emergencies" can bubble to the surface and take away from the work that needs to be done. This environment can be challenging for keeping an agenda and working on projects in a timely manner.
