      Generous PTO. That’s IT, nothing else.

      Cons

      Endless mergers and the resulting changes make for a chaotic workplace that is always in flux. Pay is subpar, and raises are a joke even when the company experiences massive growth / revenue / progress. Friends still in the system say that the longstanding $800/yr bonus has been discontinued (teammates will not receive any bonus - except for the top execs who always get bonuses in the millions). This company doesn’t care about teammates at all. You’re just a number and get the sense that you’re expendable. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

      Benefits, ever since the switch to advocate health the pros have decreased

      Everything since switching to Advocate health. Barely any raises, specially cost of living adjustment pay increase. They took away the end of year bonus
