Pros

They are actively hiring because they are short staffed.

Cons

During and after COVID RN's received little compensation while remaining loyal in a short staffed environment with increased patient load and expectations. Atrium is monopolizing the southeastern region and commands the pay rates and sets the bar low for paying its employees. They are more concerned with expanding throughout the region and building new hospitals than rewarding its current employees.

Good Place to work

Pros

My personal work experience at Atrium Health is really good! There is a lot of teamwork, my manager is always available to help. She started out in our position and remembers that. She does not treat us as if she is better than us and is always showing us how grateful she is to have us on her team!

Cons

The only really bad thing I can honestly think of is just that I feel like the. pay could be higher for the work we do.

Pros

A stable company. They continue to grow. Atrium offers job securuty, reasonable salaries and benefits.

Cons

Atrium is very much a business. Atrium makes a great show of their success. They make a great show of how well they treat employees. At the heart, Atrium is a business concerned more with profit than they are about employee or client satisfation.
