Compensation, coworkers are friendly and helpful. Management has open door policy and welcomes any feedback.

Terrible health insurance. It's ok for employee only, but wants wayy to much when adding family.

The best reasons for working for CHS is great networking, meeting people who work hard and care for their patients, and able to move in their careers and be able to get educational training

Cons

The biggest con with working with CHS is with some positions it is not easy to transition into an upper management role. Pay does not match the work load. HR does not explain why staff has been rejected for another position
