I can’t speak for every management team but through my experience my management team put collections above all else. They also didn’t give enough time to improve on your collection metric. i.e. if you miss a collection goal in your first 90 days you’ll be terminated.

Urgent cares are busy sometimes. Long hours. Work weekends and holidays.
