Work life balance- Flextime Good environment People are nice and everyone gets along Not very stressful PTO is fare Not too demanding-workload is good, room to take on more challenges

Cons

Pay is on the low side Because of the pay, talent can be limited Not a lot of drive to improve or change Not too demanding-can become complacent Hard to find an incentive to go above and beyond

Pros

This was a great place to start your career in nursing. They like to promote from within, however they pay on the lower end compared to other hospitals.

Cons

The pay is either average or below average in many positions. They control the healthcare market in the greater Charlotte are which allows them to control the pay.

Pros

Great pay, good benefits, PRN (as needed) positions for those who want to chose their own hours, Employee Wellness program

Cons

Urgent Care system has horrible management with a lot of turn-over, required overtime, lots of gossip among team members, constantly changing rules and policies, different departments don't get along or work together (example, nurses and doctors, clerical and clinical employees)
