      Pros

      The team I work with is fantastic, and always able to work with any schedules. We are able to help each other when workflow demands, and cover for others when life comes us. Teamwork and pay are pretty good. There is always room for more growth if you are willing to look for it and put in the effort.

      Cons

      The work can be a little tedious and recognition is not always given as much as it should be. Insurance is expensive. Pay could be better but is still decent given the flexible schedule.
