Atrium Health reviews

Good overall comraderie. Management is constantly changing but a very stable place to work. Pay is below average and so is the insurance coverage. However they do pay raises every year and so it doesn't take long to increase a bit. They also offer a nice contribution to your HSA each year that helps with medical expenses. What I love most about working in Atrium is that they actually do care about their workers, rare to see in most large hospitals. i worked during COVID and the hospital did everything they could to not let go of any employees.
