Pros

Atrium really does value it's teammates. Through the pandemic, Atrium did a LOT to retain all teammates and continue paying them despite some being unable to work (e.g., outpatient surgery closed down). The benefits are decent, not amazing. The culture is great, Atrium values patient and teammate safety above all else. And the medicine is top notch, the rehab some of the best in the nation. It is a non-profit, so you can get student loans forgiven after 10 years of service.

Cons

The pay will be below other similar healthcare systems in the area. There was a big push to restructure therapy salaries during the merge with Advocate Health. However, the way raises were distributed was inequitable and inconsistent. Atrium is known in the area to be one of the lowest paying systems.
