They have excellent benefits and providers available in many locations.
Cons
The work environment is completely toxic. With sexual harassment, bullying, intimidation, verbal abuse, and overall incompetent leadership. You are not able to bubble up issues with higher management. There is a fear of repercussions for reporting negative behavior or inappropriate behavior from higher-ups. Concerns and ideas are not listened to, and clearly not valued. The pay is not a competitive rate, and voicing concern for comparable pay will not be listened to. Leadership does not make themselves present to staff in an approachable manner. As well as the demand for OT, after 12hr shifts, without cultivating a nuturing work environment.
