Decent Benefits, good compensation, opportunity for growth, stable industry

Cons

my experience with HR and hiring processes have been a bit questionable and I am of the opinion that mobility within the company is very heavily dependent on who you know. This is something I expected actually, but as I work virtually it is a frustrating predicament. In addition to that, the education benefit is severely lacking for such a large system.
