Pros

Support from supervisors and peers. As a new medical assistant I was trained to work efficiently and effectively--I felt like I became a part of the team.

Cons

I worked in a "float" role, meaning I worked with over 12 different providers and was constantly having to learn how to meet the needs of each individually.
