Pros
The job is fine. Good experience, great doctors, opportunities to learn and advance.
Cons
They took our health insurance away and replaced it with something that basically makes us uninsured. It's killing my family and many of my coworkers have left or are planning to leave for this reason. We have complained but were told this would not change somget used to it. Our pay does not allow us to cover medical bills out of pocket. Morale is at a low point everywhere.
