Pros

The office was close to home.

Cons

Insurance coverage is horrible. I work for a competitor and I'm here to say the grass is greener on the other side! I make more now and I have far better health insurance. I also make quarterly bonuses that were not available at Atrium.

Excellent Research Department

Pros

The research department with which I worked were class-act professionals who were experts in their fields. Good camaraderie in the team and excellent leadership. My supervisor in this department was the best I ever had in my five years at CHS (Atrium).

Cons

benefits - to be a healthcare system, the health benefits were nothing but gouging, especially for families.
