Pros

Pay scale is improving. Policies and protocols are now in place that weren't when I started. Most people that you work with are nice, and helpful. Immediate managers are good.

Cons

Closing offices . Gave me a big pay raise, then closed the office. I will not be able to get a position that pays what I am making now, if and when, I transfer. Also, a position was posted that didn't really exist as the funding for it never materialized. Management says one thing, than the plan changes. You have to be ready for your next move. System becoming huge, and doctors are no longer the drivers of their practice. Insurance deductible for member +one is outrageous for a self insured entity!
