Pros

Depending on the department, you'll have very flexible hours. You feel like you're apart of something bigger. Learning new things is made easy. A great company to work with long term.

Cons

Growth for part-time employees is non-existent. It can sometimes feel like you're not making a difference. Strict pay (You'll take what they give you or they'll find someone else). Suggestion for department improvement fall on deaf ears.

Meet different people. Learn the ins and outs of politics within a big organization.

Cons

Low pay unless you are the CEO. Terrible benefits, can only get a promotion if you know the right people. Managers hold you back
