Great work environment!

Pros

Atrium is caring and considerate of their employees and it really comes from the top. During the pandemic the CEO donated over a million dollars of his own money to help keep people from being laid off. This sense of responsibility seems to be spread throughout the organization. The benefits provided to employees are very good.

Cons

Although across the board increases were given last year there is still a difference between Atrium and other hospitals when it comes to pay.

Pros

-Multiple locations that you can work -Education Assistance -Decent pay if you’re on float pool/resource team

Cons

-Poor leadership, never hear anything from new CEO. -All management is now screaming about budgets after last merger. -Am full time but not getting to work full time because I cost more than a PRN CMA. -Insurances sucks, MedCost is owned by Atrium Health… -Hard to move up as internal applicant with new education
