      I am a PRN (as needed) employee and can travel to different hospitals to get the hours I need and want. The requirements are only to work 2 eight-hour shifts per 2 weeks, and 2 weekend days per month. Also, you must work 2 holidays out of Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Starting pay is $16/hr on 1st shift Mon - Fri. $17.25 for 2nd shift Mon. - Fri., and $18/hr on the weekends.

      I have yet to run into any Cons in my job. This means with my management team and co-workers across 5 hospitals that I have worked at so far.
