      Pros

      Awesome culture in HR department where coworkers become like family. Good balance of hard work and fun, even in remote setting due to COVID-19. Leadership listens to input from teams and provides servant leadership instead of dictating. Company provides excellent benefits. If you are a healthy person and only use preventive care, you can actually "make" money each year in your HSA, based on company contributions.

      Cons

      Work can be really fast-paced at time, and you manage multiple projects at one time. It can be tiring, but leaders are good about supporting and providing resources.
