      Pros

      The company is very employee satisfaction oriented...Team work and building is a encouraged and career growth is inspired by the administration

      Cons

      The benefits aren't the best and the policies are a bit strict for working mothers. I myself didn't have that problem but several co workers struggled with absenteeism due to ill children. I wold hope they would change their policy.

      competitive pay, team environment, nice co-workers, some good benefits (not the new choice 30 plan though), autonomy in work environment, 40 hour week

      Cons

      choice 30 health insurance plan, big company sometimes feel like just a number and your ideas really aren't going to be considered, even though they tell you they will.
