      Pros

      - Many Departments within the System to choose from if looking for a change or advancement - CHS is the go-to healthcare system in the Carolinas or patients that require the most intensive treatment - Annual Bonus, with possible incentive bonus in addition to that

      Cons

      - The Benefits have changed in the last year or two; some believe that they are worse, but really it depends on the individual/family needs - The In-Network coverage for insurance is not as desirable as it could be

      Pros

      Good pay, lots of overtime if you want it, great benefits and perks, loved the work I did

      Cons

      Crazy favoritism from management, unfair and unethical practices with management, scheduling is always screwed up (Hence all the overtime), it's like being in high school again (nosy people and mouthy gossipy manager)
