      Pros

      The hospital system as a whole is not bad. There is job security and the pay is comparable with other hospitals in the area.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment. Too much work place politics. The manager clearly has friends and favorites amongst us. She holds meetings and threaten people. Backstabbing is on a daily basis with the manager right in the middle of it. Please do not come to this lab to work. The highest turnaround for employees that I have ever experienced. Very high stress work area. DO NOT COME TO THIS HISTOLOGY LAB AT CMC MAIN. GO ELSE WHERE WITH YOUR EDUCATION.

      Good health benefits full time employment

      Cons

      Pay was not to good raises were to small and promotions were limited job required multiple employees per shift but I had to cover more than 20 hours a week working alone

      Pros

      Great people to work with on floor, new equipment, and amazing residents and patients. Great insurance. But that's about it.

      Cons

      To be honest this says an average of $10.93 an hour but as a CNA trainee while doing the class you only make $7.25 an hour and when you get your certificate and start working full time for them they pay you $9 an hour. You can make more working as a CNA trainer for the state of NC that starts you at almost $13 an hour. Management at one of their locations College Pines is horrible, treat their employees very wrong. Would not recommend working with them for that much an hour. Lots of turnover because of these issues and are very understaffed.
