      Pros

      Truly puts patient first. Friendly, research and evidence based medicine emphasized. Great mid level providers. If you work hard, contribute ideas and help, and don't overspend, you'll have great take home pay. Fair payment scheme

      Cons

      This is a huge system. You have to be patient- your every request isn't going to be answered immediately. Synthesize your idea/ request and take the time to present it to the right person. They are trying to restructure medicine & are succeeding. If you love being a solo md, it's not for you.

      Great team environment in the operating room. Everyone is always willing to help each when things get crazy.

      Pay is low as they are one of two major hospital systems in the area and there is no competition,
