Pros

Atrium Hospitality truly cares about associates and those IN the field making the "magic" happen. They are responsive when we in the field have recommendations to what works best. They celebrate the victories big and small, and you have support from President and CEO all the way to hotel level.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of at this time. Anytime we have a problem we push up through the chain of command and it's always resolved.

Worst Employer Ever

Pros

None. Run away, unless you are desperate.

Cons

These guys are following Wal-Mart down the rabbit hole. Everyone is tired and sad. I have not seen a pay stub since I started since ADP ran their HR and locked the front door. Every procedure is absurdly complex and corporate just keeps adding more layers of nonsense. Turnover at the rate of a Taco Bell, so existing workers are stressed to the max. Hotel itself is ratty, worn out and neglected. Windows are filthy, kitchen is a dungeon. We never hear or see any corporate leaders, communication is dysfunctional. Zero opportunties; dead-end job.
