Pros

- Lots of great systems and technology to help drive efficiency in all areas from ops, sales, revenue management - The above property leadership is solid, open, and transparent. Honest people who think of people, customers, and shareholders equally to balance results - Great support teams for all departments, which is excellent and encourages collaboration - Does an excellent job of looking for ways to develop talent internally and has that as a core focus and belief and leverages recruiting to enhance the teams versus replacing the teams -

Cons

- slightly over-leveraged on the tech that doesn't deliver easy-to-use results. I.E., working harder sometimes to use the system for certain positions
