Core Values are the pillar of decisions made and align with my own. The Promoting internally is strong and you can move up through the ranks if you're a hard worker and choose to. Suggestions are considered, while not always implemented, it's nice to be heard.

Cons

Larger organization in that you lose connection with those higher in the company other than a quarterly call.
