I honestly can’t think of any pros. Worst company I’ve ever worked for..

Cons

Terrible benefits, low commission structure, HR is non existent.

Progressive, new, fast paced, growing company that is filled with bright fun people. Company believes in hiring people with entrepreneurial spirit who want to break the mold. Spectacular performance encouraged and rewarded.

Cons

Might want to review their policy on property level holiday’s for sales teams

A company that truly cares

Pros

Atrium is both the owner and the management company for all of their hotels, which means decisions can be made quickly, and time is not wasted doing the same thing twice for 2 different stakeholders. There are significant opportunities for career advancement, and the company promotes and encourages corporate social responsibility. The company recently completed an associate survey and are responding quickly to the feedback.

Cons

It's a new company, so some of the systems and procedures are still being evaluated and adjusted. They are transparent about when and why something needs to be changed, and because things aren't set in stone, they often make changes based on the feedback and opinions from the hotels.
