Stressful job!

Pros

The orientation had snacks and you eat cheap at the restaurant if you have one. Everyone seems nice and the desk is always manned by two people!

Cons

There were no breaks. Too many managers. Point system for attendance is stupid. You get one point for being a minute late and if you did not do the right call out procedures and try to figure out who was management to call, you earn another point. Its not worth it. They don't follow availability. They tell you that they will fix your hours and the next week, your still not on the shift you were hired for. The uniforms are atrocious!

Problems arise, issues go up the chain, nothing changes. Low pay Disrespect between managers and hourly Training is bare minimum

Given where we are as a company and where we hope to be in the future, we know we cannot get there without the hard work and dedication of our Associates. During our last engagement survey, 90% of our Associates who responded said they would be willing to put in extra effort to see Atrium do well. That is something we do not take lightly or for granted. We want our Associates to be fully engaged in the company and what we are working to accomplish at Atrium. If they are not, we want to know why so we can improve our service to them and our guests. In keeping with our commitment to "Listen. Care. Act.", we have created a number of avenues for Associates to share their ideas with us on how to become a better organization. We are happy to report that a good number of these comments have prompted changes in our policies and procedures and we continue to look at ways we can further improve.
