Pros

These guys know how to make a company profitable. Charging for parking, and creating incentives for the front desk department to be motivated

Cons

Some bad apple in management. But it's understandable, management is tough to get right.

Strong Teams Pay was Comparable to other Hospitality Companies

Cons

Company moved to sales based structure. Operation Directors were stagnated as DOS position was more valuable to move into GM spots
