Pros

Prior to covid 19 which brought our industry down the company seen to know what they were doing or at least attempting to learn from their mistakes.

Cons

Company furloughed 90%-95% of employees at the start of the covid outbreak. Quicker than any other hospitality company. They were quick to request insurance payments be sent or else insurance would be terminated for these employees They are working on a skeleton crew. Cut salaries but increased work week for remaining executive committee. All remaining salary employees are required to work 6 days. VPOs remained on payroll despite reduced revenues. The only priority is stripping expenses and payroll to bare minimum to ensure company stays afloat.
