Motivating Company

Pros

Great company to work. They care about their employees and live by their 4 pillars: Perseverance, Service, Respect and Teamwork. They are always looking to improve and value their employees opinions. The sales program is competitive and very motivating with a great incentive program.

Cons

Insurance program could be better but they do give employees several options.

The company is forward thinking. Keeps associates informed. Great travel program. Rewards associates for referring business and new hires.

Cons

We don't have a property in the Caribbean Islands.....Yet :) But I'm sure one day we will.
