Pros

Great people to work with residents are what kept me there for this long.

Cons

No raises and pay doesn't compare to other facilitys.Management is not that great.So understaffed it's scary at times.Some staff who are younger just do the bare minimum and very lazy.Too many employees that are family members. So no writes ups for the ones who don't do their jobs.
