      Pros

      Remote work environment as I was hired during pandemic. Opportunity to work with multiple clients.

      Cons

      Team dynamics were not always the best. Could tell that the company was not meeting business quotas as managers became a lot more critical. Many team members were let go due to mistakes ,but it was definitely due to the overall lack of work.

      Cons

      Bad commission structure (you make pennies), some bad management, and hard to grow when you have a bad manager

      There is uncapped commission so, the more jobs you fill or bring in the more money you make.

      Cons

      Low base salary so, if you are new to sales and this recruiting world and depending on the type of team you join it can take a bit to close deals and get commissions.
