      Pros

      They were nice at first that delivered a mediocre job.

      Cons

      As temp worker these recruiters are looking to make money off you. I felt like I was being used and was lied too. I was not valued as the worker I was. The best decision I made was leaving the company I worked for and Atrium to explore better opportunities. If these guys tell you your value is worth below the standards you believe in do not trust a single word they say.

      Pros

      If you are a hard worker who has both sales and recruitment skills this is the place for you. Not for the faint-hearted. The Boston Manager provides you with so many opportunities for self development and growth but this must be met with respect, a collaborative attitude, and dedication from your end. Come in everyday with a positive attitude, ready to give 110% and you will thrive here (and so will your bank account).

      Cons

      This isn’t a con, but if you’re looking for an easy paycheck this is NOT the job for you. If you’re a quick-learning, competitive, relentless, resilient, team player this IS the job for you.
