Pros

Staff and managers proved to be professional, competent, and helpful at all times. There is flexibility- they work with the needs of both the client and the Temp.

Cons

Once on an assignment, communication seems to be minimal, however this may no be altogether negative. Management is taken over by that of the client providing the assignment.

Pros

they might find an entry level job. they might send you to a great company but don't expect to get paid much. if you think of it as an internship, maybe you can handle it. you can meet people. you can take some computer tests. get to see union square. online timecard.

Cons

companies treat temps as slaves. temps sign rights away. you are the bottom, company middle, and pimp is first. low wages. benefits after working for months but they cost almost your whole check. expect to be watched on assignment like an ex-con. every regular employee is your boss.
