Pros

If you are looking to build a successful recruitment career, Atrium is a great place to do it. Their training process is incredible, management is extremely supportive and accessible and team structure is great. The employees are all extremely positive, hard working individuals and everyone genuinely enjoys going to work every day. Culture there is fantastic- fun and motivating and work life balance is great.

Cons

As any other recruitment or sales job, there are ups and downs. Most people at Atrium make their money through commission and that can be tough.

Pros

-very young office environment, average age maybe 27, so lots of social activities to participate in with colleagues -dog friendly -can make some decent money -quarterly recognition banquets and an attempt to spread the recognition -ceo will know your name

Cons

-very young office environment, average age maybe 27, so lots of social activities to participate in with colleagues, but with youth comes immaturity and unprofessionalism and you feel like you're stuck in a sorority or high school -dog friendly, until the COO flipped out and cut that off altogether, imparting fear in all -can make some ok money, but then will need to play the game and get very sharky to continue growing your earnings, and the rules of how you are paid will flip quarterly, for the worse -quarterly recognition banquets and an attempt to spread the recognition, but really its just an ego stroke to the people management is already obsessed with or fear will leave -ceo will know your name, but unless your in her or the presidents good grace, their sourcing/payout rules will change monthly and you'll be shortened cash you deserve
