Pros

You completely drive your own business and managers work with you to help you grow and play to your strengths. If you're money motivated this is a great role for you.

Cons

Since the company is still in growth mode, changes constantly occur and you have to be able to role with the punches.

Pros

Did not experience any to write about.

Cons

Cade reached out to me regarding a possible opportunity that sounded exciting and right up my ally. After his initial email, I followed up 3 times and never received a reply. My assumption of Atrium is that recruiters live up to all of the terrible cliches.
