Pros
Small hospital, get to work as generalist. Most people are nice. You get to know the people on all shifts
Cons
No raises, lab doesn't get cleaned-it's a filthy place to work, management can be hostile, hourly employees treated very different than salary. No bonus to working weekends or holidays- no extra pay. Interpersonal problems with employees cause hardship during the workday. You can get more and more responsibilities places on you but you feel like you're getting used in the end.
