Convenient location, free parking union benefits pension plan

Cons

Lots of travelers everywhere in all depts and specialties. Small town of 27K does not have resources to hire locally for the hospital needs. Middle management high turnover.

Cons

Large turnover for middle management, some short staffing, frequent floating for per diem, circular career path for nurses; from staff nurse to NSO and back to floor staff.
