      new building is great and the health benefits are really good.

      Cons

      one of the worse leadership teams I have ever worked with. It is all about who you know and very little to do with your merit. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

      Pros

      Depends on what side of Auctane you work for. Company culture is good, no meetings on Friday, time off respected, unlimited PTO and work is ridiculously easy.

      Cons

      Leadership above directors is atrocious. Cares more about self accomplishments, throws out your big ideas if it’s not theirs, belittles those who don’t meet the ideas they’re thinking in their head silently and steals your idea to call it their own. Communication between different teams is terrible. People never know why protocols were put in place and just go with it. Lack of structure in the company. Lack of talent.
