      Pros

      Great entry level pay if you don't have a college degree

      Cons

      No room for career advancement in a timely manner. HR is terrible and goes silent on their own employees when you try to email or speak to them regarding internal career advancements or payroll questions. Unorganized management structure Essentially a dead end job

      Pros

      You have a great opportunity to work with intelligent people. You can promote within the company if you know the right people.

      Cons

      Poor decisions made by leadership. No parking available for the employees who do the real work. Bonus plan is misleading and often paid late. The amount you are paid varies based on who you report to not how hard you work. Poor communication with non management employees.
