      - Well-structured summer intern program - Friendly manager, patient mentor and helpful colleagues - Informative brown bag lecture series - Numerous company events to help understand company culture and interact with more people

      Pros

      - Great flexibility options - be it working from home or leaving early/starting later, most managers are very understanding and flexible. Options exist around more formal flexible working patterns for both parents and non parents which is great to see. - Good perks as an employee - Amazon Stock, discounts, free food - Widely comfortable and friendly office environment - I've made some really valuable friendships here with the people I work with - People you work with really care about the product and want to bring out the best for the business and it's customers

      Cons

      - Bureaucratic mechanisms make progress and/or change very slow and tedious - US focus means that we sometimes miss the mark in the international market place - Inconsistency around work space and benefit offerings when comparing to the US and other offices - needs a revamp across the board to be in line with the 21st century - Culture can seem quiet and detached which has it's purpose, but does not feel particularly inclusive

      PM org is more of a Techincal Prod Mgt org vs. traditional product manager being the "CEO" of a product.
