      Spotify is about to eat our lunch

      Pros

      Used to be an amazing product.

      Cons

      I've watched a steady decline of Audible since Don Katz left. Senior management are C-players at best. Our marketing lead is the CFO, our product lead is an analytics leader and the CTO can't ship anything. Spotify is about to eat our lunch, with no resistance. I give the place 24 months until another area of Amazon consumes it.

      Great people working at Audible and the office has a nice location.

      Cons

      No clear path for professional growth within the role. HR team is not really helpful, and is hard to be reached.
