Pros

Good and talented Co-workers, Decent benefits (only if you negotiate well).

Cons

Company ran on principle of use and throw. Sine 2020 company has no work whatsoever., in fact lost a major project with one of the oil giant. Most working designers, engineers, procurement etc got laid off when that happened while almost all managers of every kind are still enjoying employment.. which is a bit ironic. Company does not provide any kind of training, longer you work there... more outdated you are with current industry tools. Company cut salaries multiple times including hours. If you have choice between this and other company... consider other. Company will force you (indirectly) to use your PTO when they dont have any work.

Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed the people that i worked with at Audubon for the 5 years i had with the company. I watched the company grown from 100 employees in Houston to over 1000.

Cons

We had some growing pains that comes with growing so quickly in such a short period.
