Good company, care about the people and their needs. People is nice and helpful

Cons

Not stable due to industry behavior, nowadays O&G doesn’t have big contracts any more, most of them not last more than one month.

Great place to work, good pay treated very well. Company is growing at leaps and bounds over past 3 years.

Cons

Managers need to be held accountable. New people who are brought need to be brought up to basic standards of Audubon, not where they came from.

Pros

I happened to join at an opportune time when we're celebrating a landmark year. That said, the ties into Oil and Gas at Audubon are substantive and are producing long-term growth opportunities, rising all boats. It's a phenominal work environment and leadership is connected with the quickly growing 800 person workforce. It's an ambitious place and a company I am happy to see as a part of my long (in career terms) term future.

Cons

I don't really have any substantial negatives to place in here. I suppose that the melee for talent has left some positions open longer than comfortable, but that's to be expected in a high growth environment.
