It's one of the biggest employers in the city. Working here does allow you to take advantage of a tuition program for state universities. You can take advantage of various trainings offered by human resources.

Cons

Low pay, little room for advancement, and depending on the department low morale. There is a class distinction between positions. And in order to advance, it's more who you know than your education.

Low pay. Low moral. Horrible management. Hard to move up in company get corned in positions. Management makes it difficult to excel.
