      Pros

      There were a lot of opportunities to explore different specialties. The Physicians are very open and accepting to newcomers. Overall a 4 star rating.

      Cons

      Poorly managed and the nursing staff acts like they just don't want to deal with incoming students. The management team never seemed to communicate very well with each other.

      Regular hours M-F, paid ot and Holidays

      Cons

      No leadership, 2nd shift is all agency nurses. There is a constant recruitment for 2nd shift since there is NO retainment. There is no training, the DON is practically nonexistent, I hired on with 3 others who quit without notice after 2 weeks. I resigned with 2 weeks notice. keep your license and avoid this one facility.
